Alinity Divine
Alinity was referenced in a lawsuit against Twitch. Erik Estavillo is a California Twitch member who filed a suit against Twitch for damages in the amount in the amount of $25 million. He claimed that the website exposed him to sexually explicit videos by female streamers. Dexerto obtained court documents that show the plaintiff who had previously filed a lawsuit against Microsoft Sony Nintendo Blizzard along with Blizzard has filed a formal complaint on June 15. Twitch received an official summons from the court on the 19th June. Estavillo is a man who, according to his complaint filed with Santa Clara Superior Court of California submitted on June 15 was suffering from obsessive/compulsive problems including sexual addiction as well as other medical problems that make him use the internet exclusively to keep himself entertained. It also states that Twitch can cause more harm to these disorders. The complaint then went on to identify a variety of streamers with females that it claims "continues to make available viewers who only want to view players playing games on Twitch and instead are confronted with sexually addictive content and content on a consistent and regular basis daily." With the exception of Alinity and others, they include the following: When requesting relief the plaintiff wants all streamers on the list above permanently banned for violating Twitch's TOS, as well as a total of $25 million dollars "to be divided between the plaintiff and others Twitch Prime Turbo subscribers" and any remaining funds to be donated to various charitable organizations.
